We are a team that is not made up of superstars, but hard working people with an abundance of talent. The players on this team are a collection of several past Arizona team. NXe, Pbwarehouse RED, Sniper Force, 1 UP Kids, FYT, ASU and some others. All of these teams have struggled to obtain long term success. Ryan Bosch came along and took the best talent from these teams to form the team we are today. The hope is that by taking the dedicated players from teams in the past that were not 100% we could build something successful.

This team was formed by Ryan Bosch 3 months before SD NPPL 08. We took that time and trained harder then any of these players had done in the past. Trained new things and had some struggles along the way. Our intention at that time was to enter the Semi-Pro division and then compete in that division this season with big dreams and hopes of making it to PRO one day. As luck (and industry connections) would have it, Ryan was offered the Phili All Americans spot for the SD NPPL event. They were in last place and were not planning on playing the event. The spot was owned now by Frank Connell from Avalanche and he decided to let Ryan enter a team for the event. This of course was done before we all knew the NPPL would be terminated. For us it was a once in a lifetime opportunity to play PRO and then we would just be re-classed to SEMI PRO for the following season. It was a win win situation for us we thought. Get some experience against he best of the best and then take that to the SEMI-PRO division the following season.

We played that event and held our own against the big boys. The event was highlighted by a 6 alive victory over Ironmen in under 2 minutes. However Dynasty returned that favor to us and walked over us in about the same time. We were able to pull out a good win against XSV and another close one against RAGE. The Avalanche, and Arsenal games were tough fought and we were up on bodies, but like true pro's they pulled out the wins against us. The Bushwackers picked up apart fair and clean, that was a hard fought one. The Blast game was a kiler one for us, we actually won that game with two alive but at check in one of our guys checked in with an obvious hit. So they pulled the two for one. Since we didn't have the bodies to cover the penalty, the pull and hang went to BLAST. Tough one for us but a learning experience. We ended the event 3-5 but in our heads we should have been 6-2. We honestly gave 3 games away. Taking nothing away from the other teams, they did what they were suppose to do, we did not. Thus they reason we felt like we gave them away.

That experience showed us that the hard work we had put in was paying off and that we could compete at that level. Even though it was only one event it took allot of the "scare" factor off. We knew if we followed our game plan and did our jobs we could win games. We were excited for the up coming season in SEMI PRO.

As luck would have it, the NPPL went the way of the dodo and we were offered a spot in the newly formed USPL.

Since that time we have continued to train and have high hopes of performing well. Win lose or draw we will put up a fight this season and will do everything in our power to show that we not only deserve our spot but are someone to be contended with.

Just wanted to welcome the Elevation guys to pbnation and USPL. You guys must be as stoked as we are for the 09 season to start. We look forward to shooting it out with you guys this year, gonna be good times in HB.

Damn man did you live in SV too? If so how many pros do we have out of SV now? Like 10?
