I have only owned the V1 gangstar but I found the virtue to be a much nicer chip. Adjustments were easier, battery life around the same, worked better with reballs (awesome reball mode), better manual, etc. The Virtue also has hands down the better warranty of the two which is a big thing for me.

In terms of battery life, how much time does you used a set a fresh batteries with the virtue? In hours of used or play. This is little tricky ´cause ´we don´t play for long hours. I just bought a Virtue just waiting to arrive to test it.

i have owned or own virtue , hyperdrive, gangstar v1 , gangstar v2 , xsv , select force. i prefer the hyperdrive it is much more customizable then the others. 2nd in my book is the virtue its a great chip too it is in my backup hopper . honeslty the battrey life depends on your settings pretty much. but the virtue, hyperdrive and gangstar are so close on batt . life it is hard to tell the differance when set close to the same . get which ever one you can get for the cheapest price and you will be happy with either since thier perfomance and batt. life is so evenly matched . good luck
