Im hoping to get some serious answers from veterans. This will be our first year for tournies with the exception of a few guys. Any more ideas for drills. This is what we already do
5km run 3 times a week-cardio
run and gun- accurate shooting, to bunker fast
break out- gun up fast
bunkering- accuracy and getting into a bunker after
reloading- while shooting accuratly
diving- baseball slide and superman
When the field layouts are released, practice laning drills. Have your back guys go you one end of the field and your front guys go to the other end. The front guys have to run to a specific bunker and the back guys have to figure out where to put their lane. Do this for a variety of bunkers. Come event time, you guys will find it easy to shoot people off the break.
