Rotor Problem

I have this problem with my rotor where it ALWAYS stays on. Even when the hopper is at rest and the power is off, the light is on. I e-mailed Dye but does anybody have any ideas of what I could do?

Take it apart completely, including the battery pack and on/off button. Maybe the button is sitting improperly and wont switch off. Then put it back together and let me know if you still have the problem.

Ya man. I've taken it apart, cleaned it, removed the batteries, put the batteries back in, put new batteries in, clean the board, cleaned the button, and pretty much done anything I could think of. The light is always on with the batteries connected.

Definitely give Dye Customer Service a call: 1-858-536-5183

They have great CS and should take care of you, or at least be able to tell you what the problem is. Good luck!

Ya I e-mailed them. I'm hoping they aren't going to tell me to ship it all the way to California. I'm in Eastern Ontario, I'll be without a loader for weeks and be out quite a bit of money for shipping costs.
