Very weird Vibe leak, please advise

Ok, so I got a new Vibe in the mail two days ago. I noticed right out of the box it leaked. Being a savvy consumer, I looked online and started trying to figure out how to diagnose it.

At first, I was sure it was the bolt lube, so I got some bolt lube. No luck.
Battery was fresh. Then I took the gun apart, screwed the regulator on and gassed it so I could see if the solenoid or any of the internal macro fittings were leaking.. nope air tight.

I figured, well this is too easy it must just want to cooperate. Then I put together my gun, and it leaks again.

I've isolated it to the front frame screw (in the trigger guard area). I can gas the gun, without that screw... and its AIR TIGHT. But as soon as I put the screw in and start to screw it in, just as it begins to bite 2-3 threads, you can hear the gun start to leak, and then the leak gets worse the more you screw it in.

Any suggestions?

Ok, wow, got it figured out. The macroline from the reg to the solenoid is well intact but perhaps just milimeters too short, so when installing the grip frame, if the reg isn't torqued to one side to best accomodate the allowable gap between the trigger receiver, the screw pushes and must stress the macroline barb. Hurrah for smart parts!! Most insanely frustrating, easy to avoid problem ever. Solution, +1 mm of macroline.
