Hyperdrive has terrible CS?

Has anyone had this problem? I ordered my chip on Jan 28th. I have called everyday and well I get I think "Janek" the owner or something? Well I have called a lot and emailed and he said that they come out of Mighigan and I am in Illinois and it was shipped like 2 weeks ago. Well what happens is they NEVER answer the phone. Is there any way to contact the American guy? He doesn't take emails. The brits do. Same with calls because he doesn't answer...anybody?

I am sure it is just a mis-communication. Hyperdrive is usually very proactive with customer service.

I am sure Janek will be in touch with you shortly. I have personally passed this along to them.

yes. and I have emailed and called almost everyday and get the same answer.
