The only thing I would have suggested, is...if you were going to keep the Cobra R look than drop the fog lights. They're a dead giveaway that the car is not a Cobra R and therefore the Cobra R stuff seems out of place/poser-ish. Other wise, it would have looked fine.
All in all, I like it. I bet it sounds mean as hell.
