Like an astronomer, I've been looking for indirect signs. Thus far, Mr. Raehl has remained out of this discussion. From that I infer that no deal has been signed, either with the APPA or some other form/company.
Obviously, direct observation beats indirect... but I'm just a lowly guy here on earth with a telescope...

Exactly. With this being a new league forming, you need to make sure the classification system that you pick is the one your going to use for the entire life of the league. The APPA is expensive, but it is PROVEN.

this league will sink or succeed based on whether they use APPA or not. times are to complex to bank on starting a new ranking system let alone a new ranking system company like mr. walker tried.

its going to be rough cuz with one less division (no semi pro), the weaker d1 teams are forced to compete with semi pro teams who didnt make the pro cut, in division 1 making it super tough. the divisions will be crunched together with a lot more talent and tougher teams.
