My guess is over a third of the teams in the mps come from OK. Its only fair that he holds events closer to them. Besides, Oklahoma city is only a couple of more hours from Wichita where they are holding 2 events. I don't think its going to kill ya to drive that much further. I don't think he wants to piss a whole bunch of teams from OK by not having an event closer to them because of one team.

Are you being sarcastic??? Thats why I said at least a third, as in 1/3. Which is less the 1/2.

actually nobody took anybody's name. Just sounds like a coincidence. This was a name that came up for our team a few years ago and it was decided not to be used. So now we decided to regroup and rename and this becomes our names considering we have never heard it used before.

sorry, no metal on the cleats at all.
The field I don't think has an address since it is out in the boonies. However, if you go to this link... http://www.dropzonepaintball.com/category-s/58.htm then they have listed coordinates for those of you who have a GPS system.
hope this helps.
Dan

I'm sure by the event we could get someone who's been there a few times or works there to post up some official directions.

Hey guys…. Just a quick note to ask you guys to be patient with me. I know a lot of you have emailed me and are still waiting on a response. I will try and get everything caught up this weekend. Februarys are always my busiest month of the year for me personally. Within a week and a half, I have 3 birthdays (both sons and wife), an anniversary and valentines. On top of all this, I’ve been updating my church’s website whenever I get a free minute. Needless to say everything else has been put on the backburner for the last several weeks. Things are starting to wind down now so I should be able to focus more attention on paintball and the MPS.
If you have an outstanding issue or question on the MPS or Event #1 coming up, please email me again at midwestpaintballseries@cox.net and I will get you an answer by the end of this weekend. Please don’t PM me. I have a tendency to check my PM’s, not respond right away and then they sit there because I don’t check them again until another person PM’s me. Email is the best way to communicate. I will leave your email in my inbox until I respond to you.
An update on the APPA…. According to Chris, APPA should all be set up now that will allow you L2 guys to register a L1 player. If this still isn’t working, let me know.
An update on the Universal Classification System… as of right now the MPS will not be using that system. I’ve been talking in great detail with Chris over the past several weeks on this system and there are three issues that will hurt you guys and the MPS rather than help. So I’ve asked Chris to reconsider a few things and if he does I may re-consider.
Dan
