dont be a tool. My vids are legit. I know how to make a rotor haul ***, but have no idea how to "speed-up" a vid. I can barely get my compt to recognise my SD card.

I fail to see why you would need to speed up a hopper that feeds 50+ BPS.

Just curious, most people use ramping to speed up the rate of fire for videos like this, and you were using semi in the video that was supposed to be faster? Por que?

they are both fast, one video has the gun set on semi, the other is on uncapped ramping, SAME hopper. At no point in time did I say one was faster than the other.

well i can speed up a video i do it for a living, i CAN tell when a video has been speed up, nice try though
if you want to know how i can tell... watch the fence line and watch the jidder... classic sign of someone speeding up something.... next time use a tripod and it would make it harder

so what do I have to do? talk for 15 mins telling you what kind of gun, paint, airsystem, etc I have and then shoot it? I dont care, my rotor is fast as ****. If you dont like what I did then gtfo. I didnt speed up anything but the loader. If anyone would care to PROVE I sped it up, well I'll send you the rotor, free.
Haters, kindly **** off.
edit- I'll put a stopwatch in the frame tomarrow, but I guess I could speed that up too.

This video has NO point to it whatsoever. It's funny how so many people waste time, paint and money on showing off how fast there hopper or gun can go. No one cares about you "Modding" your rotor. You wont be shooting that fast in a tournament, OR at ANY field. Honestly, get a life and stop wasting time showing off to people around the world on the Internet and how about you use that time, money and paint at the field playing then making a stupid, pointless video that your just going to get flamed for.

No disrespect, but I would love to see a vid with a timer set up in the frame. I can't say if it's sped up or not without real proof, but IMO the vids did look a little jumpy.
I would also appreciate it if people could be a little more polite. I don't see how comments like "go **** yourself" help anything.

You, who are posting in the same internet forum as I am AFTER watching my crappy vid, and can only be critical of others with out offering something intelegent or usefull of your own is telling ME to get a life? Why do you care SO much what I do with my time and money? Frankly I dont see a problem with shooting 2 pods of paint AFTER practice. Find something ****ructive to say, get good and come back and see me.

It'll still get flamed, but I'll do it this afternoon.

small question
How did you speed your rotor up? I bought one because they where supposed to be the newest and greatest thing and after using it one time it became very apparent that the rotor is the slowest hopper in my bag, what is your secret?

Guys, even if it looks sped up, let's give him the benefit of the doubt. Supporting member, 2k5 join date.
What did you actually do to the Rotor? Tension adjustment/mod or something else?

I found myself in the same position. I spent 175 on a rotor/speedfeed and its patheticly slow. Mine sat in my gear bag while I shot my B2.

Thank you for the support , this was ment as a helpful thread for the rotor owners that were un-impressed with their loader. If I want to get flamed out I'll go to PMF.
The MOD: There are 2 9v. batteries sitting where the battery tray used to be. They could not fit more perfectly. The whole mod took maybe 3minutes. Cut the 2prong connector off of the battery tray, splice in 2 9v connections and shrink wrap. Unscrew the battery tray and remove it, replace it with 2 9volts and attatch with a strip of tape. Reassemble your rotor. I'll get pics of the mod this afternoon.
More voltage will produce more wear and tear on your loader, but if you arent using it anyway, then why not? The same was said about the "staple" or "PR" mod but my halo is still kickin' after three years. I also have an eggII with 3 9v in it.
I suggest you contact Dye and ask that the send you another battery tray, that way should your motor go out, all you have to do is put in the stock battery tray and ship it off.
Junkyard, I made this thread for people just like you and me. I hope it helps.

Ah, so a 9V mod. I may do it, need to test out the Rotor a little more first.
