PM8 wire eyes

Can you get wire eyes for the stock board on a PM8? Thanks for the help. I have they eyes, but the plug is not on my board that they plug into!

Yes you can because the PM8 stock board has the DM eye connector. However, when you buy DM style eyes, make sure the eye wires are very thin since there is isn't much room for routing the wires in the PM8.

Hrmm, if I could pose an additional question:

What has the user experience with the Laser Eyes? Is there a reflectance issue off of the eye-pipe? What are the return rates? Reviews?

There is no "reflectance" off of the eye pipe. They are still infared eyes, just with an led thrown into the mix. Return rates? I don't even understand what that means. All light moves at the same speed, infared, visible colors, all travel at their respective speeds. Laser eyes' main advantage is to tell you in an instant if the eyes are on and working. Eyes are eyes.

I got the eyes in. Bad problem though. There is no plug for them un this board!!!! Please help. The instructions show the connector right below the ribbon plug and its not there.

Just get the Ribbon to DM style connector adapter for $6 and you will be all set.

The board I have is what came with my PM8. It just does not have the plug on it. Where do I get the adapter from?

Did you get the PM8 new? Far as I know, the PM8 comes stock with the board in the picture above. I don't think there is an adapter that goes from ribbon to wired eyes. I've only seen wired to ribbon adapters.

This is the original board that came with this PM8 yes. It has the ribbon eyes, and I bought the wired eyes. When I went to plug them in, there is not the little plug there for me to plug them in.

DYE said that it is one of the first boards. Its green not blue. A new updated board is $80 from them. That sucks. Now what?

That does suck. You are the first I've heard who has an older UL board in an 08 gun. You can try and buy a stock DM UL board from BST's for cheap. I did a quick search, and here are a couple:
