Tim and Darryl don't get paid. They do it because of the same reasons you do.

lol im doing jsut that and its simple you lead by example you find ways to play and ways to get your players to play if you dont have paint go run drills without it, if you have a case then play smart and mabey with 2 pods instead of 4 you see what i mean.

Fundraisers, anything that you can think of that wouldn't be to hard and would generate some cash with little or no overhead costs.

Sell doughnuts. Apparently you can make a pretty good amount of money doing that.

The hardest thing is keeping them focused when doing drills , a lot of players just wanna run games all the time , making drills fun is a real good way to get them doing drills and keeping there focus , I'll be the first 1 to tell ya I hate doing drills but they are key to keeping you at the top of your game , I'll give you guys 1 drill we do at practice start with 4 targets 1 on each corner of the field , put 1 player at oppsite corners when you say go they shot the target at the other end of the field from them ,once they hit that target run down the field to the target you just shot turn and shoot the target you were just at , while the other players is doing the same thing once you hit both targets it turns into a 1 on 1 with the other player that was doing the same thing on the other side of the field it's real fun and it keeps you aware of what the other player is doing and puts pressure on each of them to hit the targets and be the first one to start the 1 on 1 if the other player is still shooting at his target shoot them anyway
