I had an egg 3 at one point, I got it to fit for a while..took a long time though, but I bought a new feed neck by CP, but Im not sure what the stock one works with, some people say it works with Halos when you remove one of the orings it has..But i dunno.

I used a VLForce from WalMart and it was so tight in the feedneck that I had to just twist the feedneck off to get the hopper off. Then when I finally got the hopper out of it. It busted the top o-ring. I wouldn't have taken the hopper out except that I bought a q-lock (oh so much nicer) and now I got a Magna Drive and it works so well. I recommend q-lock.

Empire Q-lock $30, I've had an Egg2 and Junior in it, never lets the hopper go.

Use duct tape if you need to, until you get your a new feed neck.

You can get an aftermarket clamping feedneck, though I've found the stock one to work just fine. You can also sand down the neck on your Evolution II or Vlocity Jr, which is a common procedure since most hoppers come reinforced with unnecessary thickness around the feedneck.
