Make sure that the gun is set near 200psi. I am not sure what the problem is, but the solenoid activates and pushes the bolt forward and then deactivates and the spring on the bolt pushes it back again. So you have a problem with one of those two things. First make sure the solenoid is clicking when you have no air on the gun. Also, make sure there's a spring on the bolt. Once you check those three things comes back and let us know what you found.

Yep, make sure it's there and if it is; it's on the right way. I'm fairly sure it's hard to mess up, but we've all seen what people are capable of. Make sure you come back and let us know what the issue was if you fixed it or give us some more details if you didn't.

i have bad blow back it will brake 1 or 2 ball in the stack with out the hoper it shoots th 2nd ball up about a foot i went through this check list and replaced the bat and tryed stock and after market bolt.
If you have blowback, do and check the following.
- Make sure no lube or debris is covering your poppet hole.
- Make sure your poppet O-ring is lubed.
- Make sure your check valve isnt broken in half or missing.
- Make sure your spring is broken in.
- Do a factory board reset or lower your dwell.
- Replace your bolt guide O-rings.
- Make sure the big front bolt O-ring isnt missing.
i tore in to the gun and did not find a check valve it would have been hard to miss if it was there right?
on a side note i cant beleve how much paint and crap was on the upper board wow

The check valve is actually very easy to miss, and if I'm not mistaken a lot of early edition Minis didn't come with one at all. Under the air transfer manifold are 2 or 3 holes and one of them should have a peice of translucent white plastic inside of it. That's the check valve and it helps regulate a consistent pressure.
When you went through that check list above... what did you do?

Alright, so you didn't see the check valve? They cost $3 at this website:
http://www.piranha-evil.com/Mini.htm
It's part #22 and the graph already shows where it goes. You might also want to check your detents and makes sure they are still good. The ball may be rolling and allowing another ball in (and chop it). Lastly, my brother had a Spider that got damage in the chamber (a deep scratch) that started chopping balls, so check for that too. Last... make sure your velocity and pressure aren't set too high. Pressure is controlled by the regulator and velocity is adjusted at the back cap.

No, it goes in the small hole in the middle of the other two small ones.
Check (how to properly assemble your mini) the picture of the check valve is about a third of the way down on the page.

So if you strip a screw on the solenoid you have to buy a new solenoid?
Is there some other way?
