As far as the teams that are at a field paint only field , If you are a field team I'm sure that the owner will let you pay a small BYOP fee to make up for lost revenue and will allow you to shoot paint that you won at a tournament .
I think this is much better that getting some markers that you are just going to sell anyway .. at least you can use the paint !!!
2009 is gonna be awesome for the EPL and competition is second to none !! Refs are great and consistant .. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS SERIES !!!!!!!!!

Bob speaks the truth. Halalooooooyaaa brotha. lol Some people may not like some things about the EPL. All I can say about that is you should have been to the meeting. No way will everyone be happy. For me paint prize is the sh**. Bob is right. It's alot better than getting a out dated marker you can't sell. Paint will hold more value.

Our team doesn't practice so paint does us no good. And the resale value on paint is even worse. Gear, or goods like Wiis, Xbox's, PS3s are even more valuble. This is the only factor keeping us form playing this event, otherwise it does look first class. Enjoy the season.

Maybe once at the beginning of the year just to dust some rust off. After that NEVER again the entire season.

We like to make a profit. Win prizes, sell them, and deposit the extra winnings in 401K or something.

did you not see that burn?? What division do you play? Even if you do place, why not save the paint until the next tourny?

just got off the phone w. chad.... i'm rly pumped about this league... he's bringing national level tournament exp onto a regional level. The whole series seems like a good idea, from the locations of the events, to him agreeing to use APPA and help eliminate sandbagging... I can't wait. I personally like playing for paint, when your playing a PSP style event your easily going through several cases of paint a day, so why not go to a league that offers an intensive, you win paint on us. to boot if you win the series they send you to world cup and 15 cases of paint!!! thats insane... and def worth playing for!!!

I love how it started out at pirate and has reached out pretty far.
Was fun for the tournaments i was in. Would like to see prizes that can sell though. :/
