How high is your inline reg set? If its too high it will cause a leak like your describing. Try lowering it a little and see if it goes away.

The most common leaking problem from an MQ2 is from the poppet face eurithane washer. sometimes it has a tendency to become off-center and allow a leak by it. resetting it to the center is nesessary to ensure a good seal. If the leak cannot be heard coming out of the barrel, then it is one of the outer o-rings not sealing properly. A light coat of dow33 or maybe even 55 could be used to sela the culpret.

and its not coming from out of the barrel
(i wasnt aware they needed to be lubed so that is probably the culprit)

Sounds like a pilot leak. You might try taking it apart and lubricating the seal on the end of the plunger or installing the white spacer if it's not already in there. What pressure is your inline set to? The pilot will certainly leak if it's too high.

where is it leaking from? make sure the the poppet gasket is center on the plunger. also try taking out the white spacer.

A loose IVG will also cause lower tube leaks
