We ended up with 24 teams is very easy. We received money from multiple teams on the same day, and the envelopes were all postmarked for the same day as well. We decided there was no fair way to choose which teams would get in and which would not, so we re-worked the schedule to accomodate the teams and moved the cap to 24 teams.

Each team will play 11 games. Remember most games are like 45 sec to 90 secs. We wanted to make sure all the teams got to play more than 7 games as some teams are driving 6+ hours.

Will the brackets change for each tournament? I guess it depends on if all the teams signed up for all three events or not...

The brackets will change every tournament. It is based on where the teams are ranked after each event.
