people
How many players are there on average on a weekend, specifically recently. Im wondering if I should make the drive down to get some good airball play in.

What happened to the improvement thread? Brett, don't tell me you took it down because of Nick's post.

I read both your post, and Nick's. I was pretty anxious to see a reply on the behalf of CLP, and when I checked back the thread mysteriously vanished.
If that's how they chose to respond to both posts, I'm fairly disappointed.
Hopefully somebody can at least post a response, I found both your post and Nick's to be very well constructed and raised several very good points that I was hoping would be addressed.
Oh well.

I do not understand why. My post did not evoke a vendetta, it was not insulting or rude, it was not targeted at CLP in an offensive way at all. It included recommendations for developing relationships between CLP and local teams as a means of profitability.
Can someone elaborate on what the issue was with my post?

Did they say it was your fault?

There was just no use for that thread or some of the posts in them. This one was made for talking about CLP so this is where all conversation about the field should be directed.
The last two posts weren't about improvements on the field, they were about two people trying to get a deal for their team and for some reason about changing clp's business philosophy... Anyway, that kind of conversation needs to be dealt with privately.

Also I removed the thread due to it reaching its life span and I think the management got the point. It was starting to go down hill. Thanks again for everyone posting and sharing feedback. Well have another good year at clp.
But on a lighter note I heard you guys did well today I'm happy. Many people I talked to said they will be at clp next weekend so there should be a big turn out.

hmmm. I'm sure thursday night will be good this week as it should be the rest of this year. I don't know about this friday though. We may or may not do something special this week. To be anounced.
Other than that I'll be gone this weekend. I'm sure team practice sunday morning will be great this weekend. Yesterday had the most people we've had all year on sunday mornings I believe.
