its alot better than some of the firsts i've seen!
only a few issues i see with it really. the eye covers and the reg swivel could use some more definition. drop the opacity on the overlapping layers above them.
and the only other major issue is the sharks mouth not looking realistic compared to the shape of the gun in the front.
its really not a bad effort
anyone read through the tutorial on paths yet?

Yeah the eye cover I said F it lol. I couldn't get it right. I will make the shark bigger.

Fixed the Shark art. I don't know if I like the feedneck to be checkered or not. Or maybe the trigger should be black to. Seems maybe too busy, idk.

still seems like where ever you overlayed an image, it erased the texturing underneath it.
this is why ps is so hard  making it look real is key

haha your best bet is to download the CS3 trial version from adobe. start small from there.
