knees are nothing to take lightly. rest up bud! NOT! it feels ok bull****!
knees come back to haunt you if you don't take care of them. My dad had one of his completely replaced due to injury's. know has a all metal knee. along with his fused ankle , multiple disc fused in the back and a half a dozen other minor things.  |
