Extreme shot drop off

I'm getting extreme shot drop off with my vibe. My tankis at 4,000 psi. It's lubed up and everything. What could be causing this?

EDIT
When I fire I hear a smal leak only when the bolt is cycling. Is this the problem? If so, how can it be solved?

Also, I've seen extreme shot dropoff if the air tank is not screwed in the ASA enough, and also if the tank is screwed in to the ASA too tight.

Could also be the regulator on the tank or on the marker sticking..
