in theory...download replay media catcher....thats a good one....the demo only lets you play back 75%.....but get an .flv to .avi converter...and theoretically (spelling).... videos will be had...

i tried camstudio and it was really choppy. I even turned of hardware acceleration.

I prolly just need a better comp.
