2009 VICIOUS 5 Man X-ball Series

2009 Will be much more like X-ball but with keeping the consumption of paint on track with what teams used last year. Full snake side and D-side coaching. You will play 4 teams in the prelims in a race to 2 points. This will for sure be an AWESOME series. More news to come in the next few days.

will it be like the PSP 5man format, where teams play eachother by rounds? or will the teams just turn it around after the first game right away?

It it's more like xball my guess would be a combo of both. You'll play in rounds, but maybe each match is a best of 3

Its an X-ball match just first to 2 points so teams dont have to shoot tons of paint, but you still get the X-ball feel.

Once we set the dates and get all the info done we will post the info. We will let teams pre-pay the full series for about a month before we open the registration on the APPA site.

I am hopeing to post info for the 5 man series before the end of the year.

I am sure the 5 man series will sell out very fast. I have had over 12 new teams pm me about the 09 series and last year we had 20 teams. I think the cap for teams might be 24 this year.

GP, the Race to 2 sounds like an Excellent Idea :applause:

I only wish I could play it. hahah That seriously sounds like a great way to get teams Ready for Xball on a Small Scale, and to necessarily not kill the wallets.
