for the most part refs dont effect the outcome of the event. its an excuse that teams like to use when they weren't prepared enough for an event. i've done it, we've all done it, but its bull.

well my case, in SD where one ref called a 141 on the other team for shooting after he had at least 5 hits on him, then after the game the head ref though the penalty had been called on our team and ****ed everything up and switched the penalty to our team and kicked us out of semi-finals. What makes it worse is the other team ADMITTED TO THE HEAD REF that the penalty was on them but he didnt do ****. he knew the right thing to do, but he still didnt do it.
i dumped at least 700 on this event only to get shat on by some D-bag getting paid to call the shots.
What ever. you will see my team bringing it even harder next time.

Who ever this is does not know what he is talking about he is in no way associated with the team. Every single person on that team played there *** off that weekend and maybe we felt like we should have done better. But we did not perform our last games. Go 4 Broke beat us straight up and deserved there first place trophy, they are an awesome team and i hope to play them again in the future

i wasnt there but my friend that plays for Topgun Factory recalls that his team got "cheated" in the D3 finals, some call on the snake side?... dont know much but im curious if anyone else does.

If you don't play well enough to outweigh a bad call, and everybody gets bad calls from time to time,(refs are humans too) then you definitely can't blame your whole season on it. Get a bad call? Step up and smash the **** out of the next team you play. It's probably the closest relation to other sports. The best teams handle adversity without losing a step.

yea thats so true, it was a bad call yes, but they came back and smashed them, they took second but still i consider it a huge win.

and they took 3rd overall in the series so thats good too. (it was there first year in nppl)
