Damn. I have to say I've never met Jason, but I've seen him ball. He was a BEAST! By the sounds of it, he's respected by many people who I know and respect. My prayers are with his family, HK and the entire ARMY of supporters. God bless. RIP.

i chilled with it from the weekend before sd to the very last minute of saying goodbye at the airport
i know exactly wat towlie did
i aint sayin nuthin bout it
i just wanna know whens the funeral so i can fly over to iowa and see him 1 more time rest in piece buddy

I will always remember Towlie as a person who lived for paintball. He was fun to be around and I enjoyed the times we had together. I send my deepest condolences to his family and his lifelong friend Damian. The sport has surely lost a hero and his friends have lost even more. SAD SO SAD

he looked ****ing retarded ****ed up
but when we left to the airport in the morning
he was fine, idk wat happened after but i got a clue from chilling with him for 10 days and i just gotta find the facts for sure

I didn't know him, but always saw him at events. He was an awesome paintballer, and to my understanding a great guy. Im sorry for his family and friends, i cant imagine how ya'll feel right now.

May he rest in peace.

I got to hang with Jason out at action jacks a few times and he was alway up for coming out to ball.
He was also an amazing paintball player
he was a cool guys and will not be forgotten.
HK and Jason's family and friends are in our prayer's

"Today we lost a friend and teammate; Jason “Towlie” Calef passed away this morning November 18th 2008. Although he chose to play this past season with other teams, exploring his options, Towlie was Aftershock through and through. Just this past week he had a conversation with us about coming back to the Badlandz and Aftershock. The answer was yes. We wanted him back; we just were not given the opportunity.

Towlie was a Midwest standout both on and off the field. Immensely popular as a friend as much as he was the most feared one on one player on the field.

He leaves a massive hole in Midwest Paintball, one that can never and should never be filled. We feel the loss as his friends and would like to extend our most passionate condolences to his family.
