Obviously, when a service (free or not) is being provided, it is immensely frustrating that it doesn't work.... people WANT to watch the games and hear the commentary - and when the quality is bad, complaints are absolutely understandable and in order IMHO.

I'm not experiencing any problems. Seriously, if you want a better webcast, you'll have to pay for it. This is free, and for a FREE service, the quality is great.

There is a difference between being too critical of something you are getting for free, and complaining that you aren't even able to get that something you are supposed to be getting for free.

Complaining about camera quality on a free webcast is being a whiner, for sure. But if it constantly lags, drops audio, or doesn't work at all, I see no reason why someone shouldn't complain about that. Because at that point it's not a free service. It's free... but not a service.

One thing I suggest for those who are having connectivity problems is to make sure that all of your software is up to date and to see if eliminating other running programs increases your viewing quality. Always make sure it's not your gear that is failing before accusing their gear of failing. Outside of that: your connection is fast, your software is up to date, there are no conflicts... and it still won't load in a watchable manner; I say go ahead and complain. At the very least, it gives those producing the webcast an opportunity to fix it and helps them troubleshoot possible problems if it can be shown that the problem isn't on your end.

It's been fine for me. It froze a couple times for everyone, notably when NXE beat the Ironmen, so no one got to see the game at all. Otherwise it has been ok.

The commentary needs lots of work. Matty was nice enough to do it for a bit, but everyone else has been average at best.

Having said that, comparing this to the psp webcast isn't fair. Pat + Matty = convincing win.
