you will be able to buy it early at cc. That is the whole reason that it was delayed a week or two. They wanted to make it available ahead of time ONLY there to draw in more people.

No you will not be able to buy it there early. they are just going to have it there so you can play it. they are going to have 3 man tourneys with it. but will not be able to be purchased. Good luck. and enjoy
