Ram problem

I haven't used my cocker in several years, and I just recently set it up again. Everything works fine except for the ram. When I pull the trigger the ram pushes the backblock back a little slower than it used to, and when I release the trigger it goes very slowly back into position. What do you guys think it could be?

could it be your lpr is too low or the timing rod bent?

sounds like not enough cocking pressure to me. check your lpr. take the lpr down to zero and then turn it slowly until you stop leaking and your gun cocks then stop and turn it 1/4 turn more and it should be set up right. if that doesn't work try your hpr reg.
