I've got a leak comming from the back cap and I can't seem to figure out what it is. I've changed o-rings, re-assembled the bolt correctly and it still continues to leak. Could it be the back cap?

Also, what would I do if I wanted to send it in? I've got a blank warranty card.

turn the reg until it closes. basically flip the gun upside down to have the bottom of the reg facing you. take your allen and turn it clockwise (right) until its off. attach tank. now turn the reg on by turning it 2.5 turns. if it still leaks, replace the 2 o rings on the bolt stem. its the second to last smallest o rings in your o ring kit. its marked BN09. relube everything.

are you sure it is coming from the back cap and not from the air passage screw located right below the back cap? just askin

25. I've even tried my dwell at 40.

I've messed with my reg settings constantly. I've replaced the 2 o rings on the stem, and re-lubed EVERYTHING.

Yes. It's comming from the back cap.


I'm probably going to buy another o-ring kit thing, since the one I got came with the gun used.. so there might have been something wrong with them. But they look fine.
