I have heard this opinion a lot. That the average Army recruiter is after numbers and does not care about the soldier they are recruiting.
I actually hear this about recruiters from all branches. It's a shame. I wish recruiters were under less pressure and could be more selective about who they recruited. We would have a better military.
**** in, **** out. Recruiters pushed for numbers have to accept people they know are going to be pathetic service members. |

yeah im E4(P) (CPL) just need to make points to get my 5. i was just curious and i've also heard the terrible stories about recruiting. the SSG i work with now tells me the horror stories of recruiting.. told him i wouldn't do it unless told to. |
