I worked at DQ Grill and Chill for a year and a half. Just recently got a new job. But I was a part of management.
But anyway, if you want to open up anything ice cream, do a DQ Grill and Chill.
The profits are amazing. It is still seasonal, but you have food in the winter, and the summer makes up for it.
This year in June we make $180,000
$160,000 or so in August
Winter we make about $60-80,000.
But, a large billzard is $4.09 at my DQ. The cost for us to make that is 75 cents. 4 Piece chicken with a drink is about $7.00, costs us $1.75.
