What I Want To Achieve FDNY
to some this may seem wierd to ST:F, but everytime i see FDNY or etc, I am motivated to get off my *** and work out so i can get hired. And most of them are in really good shape. FDNY's academy rivals Marine Corps. not even joking.

Its going to sound corny, but I think of being in a situation where I alone am responsible for saving another sailor or marine, and I'm not strong enough. Be it that I can't run fast enough, I can't lift them, whatever. And I train harder, in hopes that it will never happen.
Thats why I workout.
I want to be ready to protect or save someone that I care about if the situation arises.
and I like to look nice for the ladies.

weather motivates me
soon as it starts getting gloomy and rainey i start getting depressed. i counter that depression with copious amounts of running. for example today i did an extra 9 miles for the **** of it
I do that pretty often too.
