Deflating
Okay so i used to work out constantly. IE; M-F in the gym for at least 2 hours. Then i stopped working out for a while because i tore my rotator cuff on my left side. So after i got the okay from the doctor to start working out (few months later). Of course i wouldnt dare step close the the weight i was lifting when i was steadily working out. So i found the right wieghts and started to work out. Heres were the problem started. My whole left side of my body feels like it completely died. The weight differences in my chest, bices, tris, and legs! from the right side to my left side are nearly 20lbs! So for bench (i cant use a flatbar...for fear of death) i can do 75 in my right and 55 in my left...and i cant even finish my left reps. Anyone have an idea?
