diet?

so heres the deal, I wanna lose some weight, like 10 lbs. I'm 5 foot 11 and 180 lbs of mostly muscle but I got dis lil gut that I want gone. I know for sure that it is my diet cause I have been lifting and running since January for football. So my diet is horrible; I don eat any vegitable of any kind and at school I eat mostly burritos soda an pizza. So wat can I eat that's not vegitable that will help me loose some lbs? I need this especially cause I dont want to get fat when football is over but I'm still gonna play some b ball and lift a little. Thanks

Clean meats, eggs, whole grains, fruits. Oh, and a ****load of veggies.

If you want to lose weight you'll have to be dedicated, and if that means eating **** you don't like, so be it. For the past 4 weeks I've had a salad for lunch and dinner, no dressing, and I ****ing HATE salads. Every meal I'm barely getting it down, my gag reflex tries bringing it back up, and I lose my appetite as soon as the flavor of those veggies touch my mouth.

But I'm dedicated to it, and I've seen great results. Bite the bullet and start eating healthy. There are all sorts of healthy foods out there that are very enjoyable, but you should always get some veggies in with them. Oh, and don't think you can get off with eating potatoes and corn. For the most part, when it comes to veggie servings, avoid those two. Especially potatoes (at least if weight loss is your main goal).

And for whole grains and fruits, you'll want to keep those just a little lower in order to keep carb intake down.

It's also ridiculously expensive.

If people don't have the mindset to change their diet as it is, they will not/can not do the velocity diet. Period.

the velocity diet, IMO, is for serious bodybuilders or boxers/wrestlers/fighters who need to make a cut, not the average person looking to drop 10 pounds.
