ITT you will post good core exercises

I've been doing dragon flags lately and they're pretty effective but I would like to switch things up a bit. Anybody have any other good lesser known exercises?

Yea, and Cleans are great for the core. You stay tight tight tight tight to maintain good form for Cleans.

You know what I found out worked the core ridiculously and I don't know why I wasn't doing it before? Unilateral shoulder presses... You have to go down in weight a little, but damn...

The best way to work your core is not flexion and extension like all the infomercial are trying to get you to believe. Leg raises and situps are fine, but they are far from the ideal way to train the core. The way your core is designed is to stablize your torso and keep it from bending so you don't snap your spinal cord. You should train it the same way. Do things that involved the least amount of bending and twisting, but instead involve you resisting a force from a single direction at a time.
