Ion with T board Ver. 3 Problem

I have an Ion as you can tell, and it just won't change modes or turn off. the only way it works to changes modes is to disconnect the battery then change modes while it is dieing. But I can flip through the modes, I just can't set a mode to it. HELP

best thing to do is send it in an have damon to check it out
