I own some random trek mountain bike and ride for an hour to an hour and a half 4-5 days a week and lift 3 days a week.

This can go in the sports thread man... This is pretty much limited to weight lifting, exercising for fitness goals, and nutrition. cycling can be used in passing for it, but it doesn't get a whole thread for it here.

flarkey, fitness is a very broad category. let's not be elitist here, anything that get's you off your *** and outside should qualify for a fitness thread. also, if you knew anything about cycling, you would know that it is more of a fitness routine than it is a sporting event. so let it be.

i ride 2x a week, usually climb for about an hour to get the heartrate up and then head back.

I Ride a Cannondale F7 from time to time, probably not much in the winter.

damn that's a nice bike.... what pedals are those? I need to get some platforms (stock pedals ftl) and I'm stuck on which ones to get.

I ride an 07 haro escape. I ride it to 4 miles to school and back 3 days a week and try to get at least one ride in on the weekends or in between days of class.

Here's my ride from last weekend:


~1000 vertical feet in about 2 miles, half was techy singletrack and half was fire road.
