mine works AMAZING.
take the asa off the rail.
in doing so, you will have removed the front on/off knob/pin. look into the space behind where the on/off knob threading is, and you'll see a small hex nut. unscrew it and take it out.
behind the nut sits a small white plastic spacer. take it out.
behind the spacer is a small o-ring. take it out.
this o-ring could be dirty or damaged. clean it or replace it. be sure to lube it before re-installing.
the exact process in reverse will get you back into ship-shape. I never have problems with mine, and i've always liked how it works. only downside of it in my opinion is that it is limited to the stock redz rail....
