Redz on/off is leaking!!! HELP!!

Ok here's the problem. i recently took apart my gun after about a year of a shelf life and when i put it back together again. everything worked fine but then i screwed in my tank to it and my on/off is leaking through a little hole a t the bottom of the on/off. need help. ne suggestions or answers would be appreciated.

wrong little hole. there is a hole at both ends and the one its leaking out of is on the end where u screw the thing in

is it leaking where you screw the macro fittings in? Then take them out and put teflon tape on them.

no. its some tiny hole on the bottom of on/off. does it have something to do with the rod that pushes the tank pin?

Make sure it's all the way off, if it's in between on and off it'll continuously purge.

Redz on/offs SUCK mine leaks if you dont turn the on/off just the right amount. My next official act with that POS is to see how many pounds of pressure in can take from the 10 ton press at work.

mine works AMAZING.

take the asa off the rail.

in doing so, you will have removed the front on/off knob/pin. look into the space behind where the on/off knob threading is, and you'll see a small hex nut. unscrew it and take it out.

behind the nut sits a small white plastic spacer. take it out.

behind the spacer is a small o-ring. take it out.

this o-ring could be dirty or damaged. clean it or replace it. be sure to lube it before re-installing.

the exact process in reverse will get you back into ship-shape. I never have problems with mine, and i've always liked how it works. only downside of it in my opinion is that it is limited to the stock redz rail....

k i will try this. but i just replaced it with a cp on/off. so i might just keep cp one. will let u know if it works.

not a problem. but hey, a working asa is a working asa, especially if it is an on/off/purge.
