i will be in nevada playing at bonehead this thursday and was wondering if there was a place to get some decent firecrackers/fireworks for pretty cheap, willing to drive pretty much an hour away from the main strip, any help is appreciated

I think its like valley of fire or something. Its the moapa reservation. Id say about a 45 minute drive on I-15 North. I hear thy got a good variety,

if ur comin from cali, you will have to continue on 15 north through vegas about 40 miles. itll be on ur right side(moapa travel plaza)

Becareful driving back to Vegas from Moapa. Cops like to wait til you get into Vegas and then pull you over.

Pahrump now has some new law that allows sales to locals. Saw it on their sign this morning.

there are 4 very large fireworks stores in Pahrump. Phatom is the most dependable and reliable as far as quality. they have been here the longest. I know the manger well - so give us a call when you come by and I will pass it on to her. I know they are slow this time of year - so she will work with you. they are legal to bring INTO clark now - but not legal to light off there.
they are NOT legal to bring into San Bernardino or Inyo counties - which are the counties boarding Nye ( where Pahrump is) to the west and north.

Pahrump Paintball also has the best 7 paintball fields in Southern Nevada - all on natural grass. Including the jungle field which now sports 10 foot high grass!
and a full reg size NPPL field - on grass.
