i like being an honest person and because ive been low-balled one to many times before in the past by *******s i want to make sure i dont do it to other people

i already posted in hopper forum, got closed for some reason

to my knowledge this thread dosent break any rules

You can't really lowball someone if it's a want to buy ad, because you state the price you're willing to pay.
Plus that's a reasonable price for a used reloader/halo.

i wouldnt say that. i bought a used halo off of here with a new PL shell for 45 and another one with a normal shell for 35. both parties seemed happy with the deals.

Even if it is lowballing, it may have been the only offer out there; essentially making it the BEST offer. I never give a thought about lowballing. I always do. About 1/3 of the time it is the best offer and I get a great deal and the OP has some duckets in their palm.
