okay quick question

what if a player who is called out ran to the deadbox like he was still in and gets hit is that considered bonus-balling?

no because he is drawing the fire from the opposing team that can't tell if he is out. It's his own fault if he gets shot to hell.

it's common practice for NPPL players to look back at the player who shot them as they are walking off the field... this is technically not against the rules and it can give the players position away. If I ever see a player do this I shoot him in the face - they turn around pretty quick.
there is a difference between making sure a player is eliminated and no longer effecting the game, and blatant overshooting.

In the NPPL, there is only a penalty for overshooting with intent to injure. It is the dead player's responsibility to get off the field quickly and it is not the opposing players responsibility to stop shooting. There are rules to combat exploiting this, such as the freight training rule. 30 balls in the back i would say is intent to injure only if the player was running to the dead box and the opposing player tracked him to the box.
