smart parts linear barrel?

Is the linear barrel any good i have a choice between a linear 14 inch or a progressive 16 inch i was going to buy 14 inch progressive but the guy ran out of stock so what should i go for?Linear 14'' or Progressive 16''..is linear acurate?

This barrel is going to be for my spyder pilot acs

Linear refers to the porting pattern. A 16 is a bloody long barrel. I don't play with anything longer than 14, it doesn't feel comfortable.

14 inch linear...but look up cp 1 piece barrels theyre are the best one pieces out there and like 25 30 bucks

16'' isn't a bad length, anything longer isn't very good though.

I prefer 14'', but have used a 16'' multiple times. It's harder to tuck in, but easier to still shoot while wrapping bunkers, and you start 2'' closer to your primary. Those things can make some difference, but not enough to completely change what length you should buy.

ya i think im going to go with linear 14".. 16'' just seems a little too long.

truthfully I have a spyder extra as my backup (yea i no it sucks lol) and i use a 14" J&J ceramic and that allows me to have ball on ball accuracy plus no squeege is needed on the field its self cleaning so I would suggest that its around $30

There's a 14" Linear on the Prostock in my sig. They work great, but they're not miracle-workers, just very well-made 1-piece barrels.
