Pros:
Amazing

Cons:
Ribbon Eyes... They work very well their just very fragile for when your taking your gun apart you have to be careful to never crease the ribbon

Me loves my pm7...only con is as Current Mark - Ion said, the ribbon eyes are fragile. So you really have to be careful when taking them apart to work on them. Other than that, I absolutely love mine, and the ONLY thing I'm doing to it is throwing a Critical trigger on (just like my pm8).

Just remember before you rush into buying it, remember you posted this in a proto forum....

I have one and I'm sorry but it hasn't been the most reliable thing. Its most likely just O-rings, which I will change soon, but adjusting the trigger is a *****. You have to take off the WHOLE trigger frame just to get to the screw adjustments. That includes unscrewing the hard to get at screw under the solenoid, and then having to very gently pull the ribbon eyes out of the board and the same with the solenoid plug. I know you get used to it, but pulling at those wires and ribbons often makes it that much more prone to problems. I know I'm going to get the "then get it right the first time" thing, but its not that simple sometimes. You have to find what you like and play alittle like that.

My overall experience with the PM7 is not so good. It leaks sometimes(not the guns fault, but ya know) and the trigger adjustments are annoying as heck. The fuse bolt is generally easy to clean though which is nice. Its a simple matter of unscrewing the back cap and pushing/pulling the bolt out and relubing it.

MY advice? Look around before buying anything. Make sure you know the pros and cons of everything and your different gun options before you rush into it.

i had to do the same thing with my dm4 except for the ribbon eyes but the main thing is...just be careful.

my pm7 is a beast and i'm not shooting anything else. my opinion doesn't matter because it's just an opinion. i suggest you ask someone that owns one at a field if you can shoot it before you make a decision. do your homework before you hand it in.

they're like any other matrix...
light (not as light as most high ends though)
low kick

the downside is that they have crappy efficiency like all matrixes. topat mod helps out though.

for the prices they're going these days they're great

If I've read that correctly, he now has a G3, so probably no more input about the PM7 required.
