I just got my marq 7 so this might be a really dumb question but In the Blot Maintenance video, he says that when re assembling the bolt the three holes should line up on the firing engine. On mine the back 2 line up but i cant seem to get the third hole to line up with them. Is that supposed to happen or am i putting it together wrong?

probably assembling wrong... in order for the engine to work they have to be lined up...

The third hole is the hole on the bottom of the back cap, are you counting that one?

The how to maintain thread has that picture missing.

Here are the two holes with hex keys stuck in them. The third hole referred to in various posts is the hole underneath the back plate block. The hole on the back plate block serves no purpose other than assists in pulling the firing engine out of the marker body. My holes don't line up either. I'm pretty sure just the back two that you are talking about needs to be aligned. The ones that are already lined up as you described.

The one at the very front of the engine near the bolt won't line up if that's the one you're thinking. Mine doesn't and it works fine.
It's those back two you have to watch for.

does anyone have the new eff engine? how much of a difference does it make???

I got 13 pods with the new engine using 68 4500 crossfire tank. HPR 200 and LPR at 75psi.

If you play at a field with free air...does it matter? Unless you're popping off quite a few pods per game or just don't like to fill up between games I can see a use for it. I've been debating myself whether I should get it or not.

ya im thinking im going to pass on it.. went to tourny last weekend and out of a 4k fill i was able to play back to back games and not have to fill so im going to stay with the stock bolt
