Try to find the pillow and put it back in. If not, contact BLAST they should send you a pillow or two.
Also you are not supposed to dry fire the marker without putting something like a swab down the barrel. The pillow needs back pressure to keep the pillow in place other wise it shoots out like you've experienced.
Chances are you blew the pillow off the bolt. These parts are injection molded around the base of the pillow, and cannot be put back on. If what you have in your hand is just rubber; you need to call BLAST and tell them you need another pillow for your gun, yours blew out. They will ship you a new one. Don't bother trying to recycle the one you shot out, it won't work.
To remove your old pillow base you need to get the bolt seperated from the ram. you can then look through the area the ram connected to the bolt and see the backside of the pillow base. There's an allen key hole. Use an allen key to remove the old base, and use only the allen key to put the new pillow in. Do not use the rubber to screw the new pillow in by hand. You will rip the pillow and have the same problem again. Be sure to use blue loctite on both the ram and the pillow threads and let them cure before you go shooting.
