Affordable Paintballs, what's the deal?
I bought 2 cases of XO Menace from Affordable Paintballs over a week ago, and they still haven't arrived. My teammate bought 2 cases before I did, and he still hasn't gotten his paint. Every time I try calling them, I get a busy tone. They haven't answered emails or given me a FedEx tracking number. I thought they were legit? What's wrong?

I live in Kansas City, and AP is in Florida. I got a shipping time estimate from their zip to mine off the FedEx site, and it shouldn't have taken longer than 5 business days. Maybe they use a slower, safer form of shipping? I'm just wondering why they aren't answering their phones or emails. You would think that a company of that size would have an answering machine.

Ok, not a big company, but big enough to offer sponsorships and country-wide shipping.

I'm guessing they manage to be more affordable by using a cheaper (read: slower) shipping company. Buy local or stop whinging.

Kinda makes me wonder why you dont use your local PB store. You actually get to walk out with your purchase....AND they will look for broken paint and replace any bags that have do-do in them.

I used to work at affordable paintballs, we do take out every bag and inspect it for damage, and put an assload of packing material around the paint box(we don't just send it as is, we put them in another box)
What the problem is, XO is stiffing them on paint, taking forever to get the orders ready and in.
And as should have been explained to you, only pallets left directly from the factory.
Sponsorships are meant to assist those ordering 20-25+ cases of paint, it's more difficult to handle orders of 2 since it must first get to the shop, then we have to ship it out. So, it takes twice as long, and not all the variables can be controlled.
You will get it, just give it time. They don't have menace at the shop.

Well that all sounds good Elfen, but better communication from them would be great. Still no email response, or phone being answered. FedEx tracking numbers would help as well. If XO is stiffing them on paint, why wouldn't they tell me? That is something I should know.
