Alrighty, I need a design for a t-shirt but I cant do it on my own because im a *******.

What i need is a picture of Pancho Villa, looking like the popular portrait of Che Guevara, he doesnt need the beret or anything just him from his upper torso upwards in stark black and white, and then his name underneath.
