evil det reg velocity adjustment
I have no idea how to adjust the velocity. I just got one used for 15 bucks but in great shape for my promaster.

Loosen the middle screw on the collar, rotate then re-tighten the screw.

u have to loosen the set screw and if u turn it clockwise it will increase it and if its counter clockwise that will decrease it, if aired up make sure to fire off a couple of shoots every half turn or u will mess up the seat seal

I think I figured it out. My promaster is in the shop right now, so once I get it back, I'll set up my reg and test it out.

Not entirely. It locks the rotating collar in place.
Turning/rotating the middle rotation collar affects velocity.

so to adjust the velocity, I need to loosen the set screw and turn the collar to adjust velocity?

Once you loosen the screw the collar should turn freely. Just don't forget to shoot to relieve the pressure as you adjust the reg.
