First time I'm hearing to wash jersey and pants inside out. Ive been washing my stuff everytime i use it rightside out and its holding up nicely. I cant imagine washing my pants inside out b/c all the mesh but who knows. My pack i wash in the sink and take a sponge to it works good.

Throw it all in a washer, (mask and marker excluded) add Oxyclean. Wait until done and peel Velcro apart. It sounds harsh, but most of my gear lasts for years and years.

Heres what I do.
Strip
Throw all my apparel in the washer (Jersey, pants, pads, headwear, socks, pack, and everything else I'm forgetting that's soft)
Set to cold
Add soap
Wash

Wow, we have not had one of these threads in a while. Kinda cool. Here is the long version of the cleaning process, keep in mind I have been doing my own laundry longer than most of you have been alive, and washing paintball stuff for many a year now.

Jersey inside out, pants stay correctly, check your velcro to see that it is all attached, you can include your pack in the washer if you want. Detergent and Oxyclean will get them quite clean, wash in normal setting with cold water. You should have no problems for normally dirty clothing. Hang your things up to dry when you are done.

1/4 cup of detergent

Cold/cold water
Gentle wash settings

Hang to dry...If you don't your gear will shrink and fall apart over time.

Hang them up in the bathroom, on your shower rod.

I put my pack in the washer and it's perfectly fine as long as you connect all the Velcro together
