I just bought an Angel force board off ebay. It was listed for the A4 fly, g7 and g7 fly. Do these take the same board?

Also, I don't believe it has the most current software in it. Can I ship it to Tadao and get it flashed for free, or does certain other stores etc... have software updates for the Tadao boards?

It's the same board, but the microswitch can be mounted in one of two places on the board in order to accommodate the trigger system being used. You'll see what I'm talking about when you get the board.

I don't know if Tadao will flash them to M8. M7 is fine.

Is there a way to cap the ramping at 13bps to make it legal for psp?

Yes. I think 13.25 is like five flashes on the MROF setting.
